Introducing the Brooklyn Brownie! The 3-piece Brooklyn Brownie Copper Pan allows you to create 18 mini bites and quickly serve them to your friends or family. You just have to mix your batter right inside the pan, insert the brownie grid, and slide it into the oven. When cooking, the even heat distribution provided by the pan's bottom, sides, and grid promise to deliver crispy edges and gooey centers in every square. After they're done, pull out the grid, and the bottom and sides separate to create the perfect serving plate. From there, each brownie will easily pop out one-by-one due to Brooklyn's non-stick, super strong surface. This also means you won't need any extra oil or butter or have to worry about scraping and scratching!

Care & Use

Use Appropriate Utensils:
Use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the ceramic surface. Metal utensils can be used safely, however avoid those with sharp edges, which can damage the non-stick ceramic coating.

Cooking on Medium to Low Heat:
Gotham Steel ceramic cookware performs best on medium to low heat. High heat can cause food to stick and may damage the coating over time.

Avoid Thermal Shock:
Do not expose hot ceramic cookware to cold water or place it directly from the refrigerator onto a hot stove. This can cause the ceramic to crack due to thermal shock.

Cleaning After Use:
Allow your Gotham Steel ceramic cookware to cool before washing. Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth to clean the surface. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaning agents that can scratch or damage the ceramic coating.

Removing Stubborn Residue:
For tough, burnt-on food, soak the cookware in warm, soapy water for 15-20 minutes before gently scrubbing. Baking soda can also be used as a gentle abrasive to help remove stubborn residue.

Induction base discoloration:
Discoloration of the stainless steel induction plate is common to all stainless steel and can be removed with appropriate stainless steel cleaning agents, however the cosmetic discoloration does not affect the functionality of the induction base.

Dishwasher Safety:
While our ceramic cookware is generally dishwasher safe, hand washing is our recommendation to maintain the integrity of the non-stick coating and extend the life of the cookware.

Avoiding Stacking:
If you need to stack your ceramic cookware, place a soft cloth or paper towel between each piece to prevent scratches and chipping.

Proper Storage:
Store Gotham Steel ceramic cookware in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the cookware to prevent cracking or chipping.
