Horrible Customer Service

I’m sure the pan is fine, however I requested several times to return it because you do not have a lid for the 12 inch frying pan. I was sent in circles trying to return it. One star for Horrible Customer Service. I have still yet to receive proper guidance on how to return my product.

Gotham Steel Stainless 12” frying pan

I bought this pan and ended up buying an entire set of Gotham Steel Stainless Steel cookware. This cookware is beautiful and well built. The ceramic coating is excellent, and is great for all types of food. I definitely recommend it.
